Meet Imelda, our Patient Experience Manager. More popularly known As Tin-Tin, she is the powerhouse that oversees our clinic’s administrative and patient experience operations.
Tin-Tin is a graduate of the Medical Office Assistant program at Academy of Learning College here in Airdrie. Her previous experience include health care support, customer service, and team management in hospitality industry and sales.
Imelda’s super powers include coordination and leadership of the clinic’s admin and support team. She’s tasked with ensuring smooth runing of the clinic’s administrative and operational systems and processes.
Her calm and impressionable personality ensures that our patients and staff have the best experience at the clinic every single day.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and watching movies with her family.
