Lydia is a Physiotherapist with a strong commitment to patient-centred care. She completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta, building on her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University.
Lydia’s clinical areas of interest include pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and health promotion for older adults; particularly supporting mobility, balance, and independence in aging populations. Her previous work in complex dementia care and physiotherapy clinics has strengthened her ability to provide compassionate, evidence-informed care across diverse patient needs.
Outside of the clinic, Lydia enjoys weight training, volunteering in her church community, and discovering new ways to stay active and connected.
