Meet our patient experience coordinator – Mohini, fondly refered to as Monzy.
Monzy has completed a Medical Administrative Assistant Diploma in Calgary, Alberta.
Monzy’s role is to coordinates daily front desk activities and patients’ experience while also assisting the Clinicians with various tasks that impact the patients’ treatments and helps to improve their outcomes.
Monzy says she enjoys doing “those small things that help the patients’ life even in a big way”. Helping patients through challenges, gives her a sense of purpose in her job.
She is here to be your support, from answering all your questions to ensuring that paperwork, appointments scheduling, and claims processes are a breeze.
Monzy is originally from the beautiful Island of Fiji . She loves spending time with her family and travelling .
